The Salu of Edunabon, His Royal Majesty Kehinde Oladepo Adesoji, Akinrinsa 11, has reaffirmed that his throne doesn't affected with Kingship case transfer from Court of Appeal, Akure, to Osun.

HRH Adesoji stated this in a phone conversation with Pressmen on Thursday.

He said that there were three Kingsmaker in Edunabon Olosi, Monigbere and Olukotun, adding that Olosi was appointed in Sept 30,2015, Monigbere died in 2006 and was not replaced before former Salu, Oba Elijah Omoboye joined his ancestors.

According to him, HRM Omoloye passed away on Aug 4, 2017 and Emmanuel Olaniyan, Olukotun, also died on Nov 30,2017, three months after the demised of Late Salu,Oba Elijah Omoloye died.

Present Salu explained that in the absence of the three kingmakers, the constitution stipulated the appointment of the Warrant Chiefs by the local government authority.

HRM Adesoji expressed that as pronounced by the court of Appeal, Akure, the Stool of Salu of Edunabon is recognised under the constitution, so the process must interderm with law.

"So the process that installed him as Salu of Edunabon is known to the constitution and was thoroughly supervised by the local government authority.

"Salu, who fault the claim by Olosi, said that Olosi appointed other two kingmakers which he added that under constitution, Chief has no power to appoint any Chief". He emphasised.

Salu stressed that when they are not satisfy with his selection, the law says that must write the state government within 21 days, failure to do that means that they were satisfied with the selection.

"17- day after, i was approved as Salu of Edunabon,in which they later went to court ,and now to court of appeal that now ruled that the case should transfer to Osun high Court in which Chief Judge Adepele Ojo should assigned it to another high Court judge". Salu stated
