I write this petition to formally report one Esther Kanyinsola Olarewaju, a known fraudster and habitual criminal, for multiple acts of fraud, theft, and impersonation carried out across various locations, most notably within Osun State.
Miss Esther Kanyinsola Olarewaju has engaged in a pattern of deceitful and criminal conduct by falsely representing herself as a vendor dealing in fashion items such as wears and sneakers. Under this false pretense, she has collected money from unsuspecting victims in Osun State without delivering any goods or services in return. Additionally, she has been involved in an incident where she deceitfully took possession of someone’s mobile phone and used it to borrow money via loan applications without the owner’s consent or knowledge.
Multiple victims have come forward to attest to her fraudulent practices. It is also gathered that she has repeatedly evaded law enforcement by relocating and frequently changing her identity. According to reliable information, she is currently hiding in Abuja to avoid arrest after her fraudulent activities came to the attention of the police in Osun State.
The activities of Esther Kanyinsola Olarewaju not only constitute gross criminal fraud but also pose a threat to public trust and safety. She must be investigated, apprehended, and prosecuted according to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
I respectfully request the following:

A formal investigation into the activities of Esther Kanyinsola Olarewaju.

Her immediate arrest and interrogation.

Recovery of funds and/or property from her on behalf of her victims.

Appropriate criminal charges be brought against her to deter future occurrences.
