Here is the basics, 

  1. Optimize your protein intake, 3-5 eggs for breakfast, or some ample amount of steak
  2. Intermittent fasting, last meal of the day before 7pm, first meal of the day from 11am.
  3. Start taking daily walks (at least 7500 steps for a start).
  4. Don't eat bread.
  5. Don't drink your calories.
  6. Minimize eating out.
  7. Run from Booze.
  8. Don't negotiate sleep(min of 7hours on a bad night)
  9. Add vegetables to your rice and always eat protein first.
  10. Again, don't eat bread.
  11. Take ACV first thing in the morning in a warm water. You can squeeze in some drops of lemon juice to tackle fatty liver.
  12. Supplement magnesium, zinc and B-complex.
  13. Do this for 3 months and see for yourself.
