Here is the basics,
- Optimize your protein intake, 3-5 eggs for breakfast, or some ample amount of steak
- Intermittent fasting, last meal of the day before 7pm, first meal of the day from 11am.
- Start taking daily walks (at least 7500 steps for a start).
- Don't eat bread.
- Don't drink your calories.
- Minimize eating out.
- Run from Booze.
- Don't negotiate sleep(min of 7hours on a bad night)
- Add vegetables to your rice and always eat protein first.
- Again, don't eat bread.
- Take ACV first thing in the morning in a warm water. You can squeeze in some drops of lemon juice to tackle fatty liver.
- Supplement magnesium, zinc and B-complex.
- Do this for 3 months and see for yourself.
